Work as a caregiver at Penda

You go to a client’s home on a set schedule and help with daily life: bathing, dressing, moving safely, meals, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, driving to appointments, and company. Some clients need help getting through the morning. Some need someone there around the clock.

You follow a written care plan, and you report changes: eating or drinking less, new confusion, a fall or near-fall, skin that is breaking down, anything that looks different from yesterday. This is non-medical work. You will not give injections, do wound care, or manage IVs.

Pay depends on experience, the shift, and the kind of care involved. We go through pay, hours, and what the schedule looks like when we talk.

We schedule around where you live as much as we can. Most of our clients are in Chula Vista, Eastlake, and Bonita, with others across San Diego County.
