Our services
Personal Care
Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and getting in and out of bed or a chair, with an eye on fall risk.
Companion Care
Regular visits for conversation, walks, and outings, plus a daily check that things are all right at home.
Homemaking & Home Helper
Light housekeeping, laundry, cooking, groceries, errands, and rides to appointments.
Respite Care
A caregiver takes over for a few hours, a night, or a week so the family member who usually helps can rest.
24-Hour & Live-In Care
Caregivers in shifts around the clock, or one live-in caregiver, for someone who can’t safely be alone.
Post-Surgery & Hospital-to-Home Care
Help in the first days and weeks home from the hospital, when falls and readmissions are most likely.
Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care
Care built around routine and calm redirection for someone living with Alzheimer’s or another dementia.
Which kind of care fits?
Start with what’s going wrong. The care follows from that.
- Lonely, but safe at home
- Companion care: visits, activities, outings, and someone noticing changes.
- Housework, meals, and driving have slipped
- Homemaking: cooking, laundry, groceries, errands, and rides.
- Bathing, dressing, or falls are the worry
- Personal care: hands-on help in the bathroom and bedroom.
- Just home from the hospital
- Post-surgery care: extra help for the first weeks, when falls and readmissions are most likely.
- Memory loss is changing daily life
- Dementia care: routine, supervision, and caregivers who know how to handle sundowning and wandering.
- The family caregiver is exhausted
- Respite care: a few hours, a night, or a week off.
- Can’t be left alone at all
- 24-hour and live-in care: caregivers in shifts, or one who lives in.
What every kind of care includes
- A free consultation at the home before anything starts
- A written care plan and service agreement, with the rate, that you sign first
- Caregivers who are our employees, on the state Home Care Aide Registry, and background-checked through Live Scan
- A registered nurse, our founder, involved in care plans and in deciding when a change needs a doctor
- One hourly rate range, $40 to $48 an hour, depending on the care and the schedule
We don’t provide medical care: no injections, wound care, or IVs. If your parent needs that, a home health agency provides it, often alongside us.
Common questions
Can we combine different kinds of care?
Yes, and most families do. One caregiver can help with bathing, cook lunch, and take your parent to an appointment in the same visit. The care plan lists everything.
Do you provide nursing or medical care?
No. We’re a licensed non-medical home care agency. Our founder is a registered nurse, but our caregivers don’t give injections, change dressings, or manage IVs. A home health agency does that, and we work alongside them.
Request a free in-home consultation
Tell us what’s going on and we’ll call you back to talk it through and set up a visit at the home. The consultation is free.
